Developer Sovereignty Principle: AI-NEURON processes your code context, Abstract Syntax Trees (AST), and local directory mappings locally on your machine. We do not transmit, index, or store your private codebase files on external servers.
01. Information We Collect
To provide control center management, cross-machine sync, and secure seat provisioning, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Profile Data: Email address, display name, and authentication identifiers supplied via Google, GitHub, or enterprise SAML SSO providers.
- Billing & Payment Details: Transaction records, purchase amount, payment status, and order identifiers processed through our gateway partner (PayPal). We do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or authentication pins on our servers.
- System Telemetry: Anonymized workspace indicators (e.g. language types, total index size, metadata count) to help synchronize local developer setups.
02. How We Use Data
Your data is strictly utilized for the following functional purposes:
- Provisioning developer cloud synchronizations and verifying active seat licenses.
- Authenticating access to the secure AI-NEURON Control Center.
- Fulfilling orders and processing transaction invoices via licensed international payment gateways.
- Ensuring SOC-2 and GDPR audit compliance for institutional team accounts.
03. Code Privacy & AST Isolation
Unlike traditional cloud tools, AI-NEURON relies on local processing nodes. Your code syntax tree (AST) stays entirely on your computer's local filesystem or within your designated private VPC container. No code files are uploaded to our corporate systems. Sanitization loop guards run locally to block secrets, tokens, or credential patterns from entering any synchronized telemetry.
04. Data Security & Storage
All sync data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Persistent database backups use AES-256 cryptographic standards. Real-time access to sync hashes is guarded by OAuth 2.0 access keys.
05. Your GDPR & CCPA Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you have full right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your account records. To purge all synchronized configurations and erase your credentials from the AI-NEURON Cloud directory, contact us at support@ai-neuron.org.
