Platform Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, downloading release binaries, or establishing connections to our server APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, educational institution, or enterprise team, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

02. Subscription Licenses & Billing

Access to premium cloud synchronizations and collaborative seats is governed by subscription plans (Personal or Pro Team):

• Pricing Structure: Subscriptions are priced at ₹499 ($4.99) for Personal Cloud Sync and ₹999 ($9.99) for Pro Team Sync. OEM and LLM Platform pricing is custom and seat-based.
• Billing Cycles: Charges are processed monthly or annually starting from your sign-up date. Transactions are managed securely by our payment partner PayPal.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Control Portal. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

03. Permitted Use & AGPLv3 Compliance

AI-NEURON local open-source components are distributed under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3). Proprietary distributions, SDK integrations, enterprise VPC gateways, or SaaS deployment modifications not adhering to the copyleft requirements of the AGPLv3 require a separate commercial licensing agreement.

04. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND WEB SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI-NEURON and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including loss of code, data corruption, or server downtime) arising from the use of the platform.
